WELL LI | CORDLESS LAWN MOWER
This project began as a redesign of the central battery unit for a lawnmower powered by four 20V Li-ion batteries. However, following the initial concept proposal and mockup, the client opted for a complete redesign of the entire machine. The goal was not only to create a bolder visual identity but also to deliver comprehensive improvements across functionality, production efficiency, and user experience.
Key design enhancements include a raised front rake with denser slots for improved grass collection, ergonomically optimized handles and control buttons, and LED battery status indicators positioned on the control panel for quick and easy monitoring. The redesigned wheels contribute to a more stable and robust structure, enhancing maneuverability on uneven terrain.
The grass collection container now features a centrally positioned ergonomic handle, aligned closer to the center of gravity for easier lifting and attachment. Additionally, the streamlined overall form improves the tooling process, enabling faster production with greater precision and cost efficiency.
This concept delivers a visually striking, user-friendly, and production-optimized solution, redefining the look and performance of battery-powered lawnmowers.
