"Hoagascht" is a charming German idiom that describes the warm, spontaneous gatherings of neighbors—people coming together informally in front of the house, in the garden, or across the fence. It embodies a sense of friendliness, connection, and relaxed togetherness.
The client, owner of luxury homes nestled in the Austrian Alps, sought to evoke this very spirit in the marketing of their property. The challenge was to create a brand and messaging that felt unpretentious and approachable, yet clearly communicated the high quality and exclusivity of the homes, as well as their harmonious relationship with the natural alpine surroundings.
The goal was to invite prospective buyers into a lifestyle that balances refined comfort with genuine community and a deep appreciation for nature—a place where neighbors don’t just live side by side, but truly connect, creating a unique and authentic living experience.
